We meet Wednesdays from 7-8 pm Saskatchewan time
(8-9 pm EST, 7-8 CST, 6-7 MST, 5-6 PST)

Two ways to participate on Wednesdays!

In-person

People are invited to attend Wednesday evenings in-person.

Our in-person sessions are at the Saskatoon Unitarian Centre Lower Hall, 213 2nd Street East. We look forward to seeing you there.

  1. Scent and Fragrance-Free – In an effort to be inclusive and practice compassion, we request that all participants refrain from wearing scented or fragranced products, including essential oils. We respectfully ask that you wear clothing that has been washed and dried with products free of fragrance, and that you avoid using essential oils and/or scented hairspray, shampoos, soaps, deodorants or after-shaves.   2. The outside door is locked at 7 pm. Although there is a doorbell to ring, we kindly request that you please come a few minutes early to get settled, so that the other practitioners can practice without disruption.
  3. There will be chairs and yoga blocks. If you wish, you can bring your own yoga mat, bench, or cushion.
  4. Masking is optional. If you have cold, flu, or COVID symptoms, please join online!
  5. This evening is offered on a donation basis. Your donation supports Jeanne and our other teachers. Donations can be made by cash, e-transfer, or PayPal. Please see the dana page for details.

When your register, Zoom will email you a personalized link to join the Wednesday session. The Zoom link will remain the same for the foreseeable future.
