Title
Calm Mind, Compassionate Heart: Cultivating the Five Spiritual Faculties
Retreat Description
In this retreat, we will explore how the Five Spiritual Faculties of mindfulness, stability of mind, balanced energy, confidence and wisdom can support our meditation practice and our daily lives in the world. We will be both recognizing our strengths and cultivating and developing these qualities together in balance. There will be periods of meditation instruction, silent sitting and walking periods and time for discussion with the teacher. We will include periods of loving kindness practice each day to support a safe and friendly environment for us all.
