Title

Gladness and Quiet Joy: Essential Friends in Times of Change

Retreat Description

The Buddha encouraged us to live in joy, even in times of affliction, to support freedom in our own heart and mind, and to strengthen our capacity to support our communities. This day of nourishment will explore gladdening practices that are available in every moment, and their liberating role in the journey of life. We look forward to gathering with you in community – a quiet joy, in itself.

This retreat was hosted by the Saskatoon Insight Meditation Community.
