Title
Resilience in the Time of COVID
Retreat Description
Our December daylong retreat is one of nurturing our innate peace, before the seasonal busyness starts.
This year, you may have some COVID fatigue to fold into the mix, as well. This day long retreat will offer some community relational practice to connect us; heart music to inspire gratitude and metta (toe-tapping definitely encouraged), and stillness contemplation, all with the intention of drinking deeply from our always present and sustaining wellspring of inner nourishment.
Dear friends, take a breath now, sense the body and the heart, and the sangha around you. We look forward to being together in December.
