One day retreat with Jeanne Corrigal.
Saturday, December 9, 2017.
In any of the busy seasons of life, the gift of presence is a refuge that can hold us in steadiness and kindness. This retreat will cultivate presence through silent and settling practices in the morning, and gentle relational practices in the afternoon. We will settle into the treasure of being present for ourselves in all circumstances, and in offering the gift of our presence to those around us.
This retreat is offered by Jeanne Corrigal, Community Dharma Leader with the Saskatoon Insight Meditation Community. Jeanne is also a participant in the 2017 – 2021 Insight Meditation Society (IMS) Teacher Training Program.
