Meditation as an Act of Love: Cultivating Wisdom & Compassion
The two wings of our Insight practice are wisdom and compassion. This retreat will explore both wings – the wisdom we can cultivate with our mindfulness practice, and the befriending practices of the heart. Cultivating this kind awareness can awaken the mind and heart, leading to insight and transformation in our lives.
